Jordan is a marketing strategist and agency owner with 15+ years of experience helping brands find clarity across marketing, sales, technology and service delivery.

His background spans outdoor, home services, franchising, technology, industrial, retail and healthcare environments. He has supported Fortune 500 and Inc. 5000 organizations while also working directly with growing teams that need their next move to count.

Before founding Strats & Roadmaps, Jordan led agency and in-house teams, managed national and multi-location programs, and learned the same lesson from both sides of the table: the work improves when the strategy stays connected to the people doing it and the customers experiencing it.
